Naturally sugar-free, by definition
Mineral water contains no sugar and no added sweeteners — there is no stevia and no panela here. That makes it the easiest item on the menu for guests watching their intake. Public-health bodies such as the World Health Organization recommend limiting free-sugar consumption, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulates how bottled water is labeled and produced. For individual dietary questions, your guests should consult a doctor or dietitian.
