10 years. A formula you cannot buy.

Since 2014 we have been developing tropical functional drinks in Colombia. In 2019 we became the first to export Colombian panela water to the United States. We're still in the same place today: with the same calm and the same stubbornness.

The origin

We started in a Colombian kitchen with a simple idea: the drinks we enjoyed as a family — panela water with lime, lulada on Sundays, coconut water after the beach — didn't have to disappear once we grew up. They just had to be reformulated with the same calm they were made with at home, but with the discipline of a laboratory.

The first years were trial and error. We tested stevia at source, ruled out aspartame and sucralose, and learned to encapsulate pulps so the flavor would last through process stability, not synthetic shortcuts. Four years of R&D before the first commercial batch.

Why we keep going

We don't manufacture for volume, we manufacture for taste. Every SKU goes through internal and external tastings before it ships. Every ingredient — the stevia, the coconut crystals, the Colombian panela, the lulo — comes with traceability. And every certification is renewed with the discipline of people who know trust is lost faster than it is earned.
