MinSalud regulatory framework →Mandatory front-of-pack warning labeling in Colombia. Our Zero Sugar line does not require warning octagons given its nutritional profile; the Natural Energy line declares the natural sugars from panela.
See the official Resolution 810 →Colombia and the United States have different labeling standards. INVIMA (Colombia) requires the warning octagon system introduced by Resolution 810/2021. The FDA (United States) requires Nutrition Facts in the American format and a different allergen declaration.
Keeping both current means our formula does not change between markets — the only thing that changes is the information printed on the label. The drink is the same in Bogotá and in Miami — and anywhere else a case gets delivered.
