How much lead time do you need?
For events of 200+ people, 2 weeks minimum. For larger volumes (1,000+), ideally 3-4 weeks. For urgent requests we assess case by case.
Do you accept returns on what isn't consumed?
Yes, for volume events we agree a return policy of up to 15% of unconsumed product in good condition.
Do you do co-created bar branding?
Yes. We design signage, recipes and stickers with your identity + ours. At no additional cost for events with 500+ guests.
Do you have locations where we can taste beforehand?
In Bogotá and Miami, yes — we book a tasting session so you can decide the best SKU mix for your event.
